Is Hip Hop THAT Dead?
This video is classy. So, a real warm shout out goes out to Vinroc the creator and star of it. The diamond-in-the-rough feel adds to the grittiness, it adds to the vividness of Vinroc's mind, but most importantly it adds to the argument that Hip Hop is not dead. Vinroc titled the video 'The Art of Beat Making "Believe"' and, Vinroc, Hilkoo believes my man, we certainly do.
The Beat: Heatery.
The Video: Classy.
Overall: A gem.
He also had this to say:
"This is a short film / music video I made in support of an instrumental album I'm working on called "The Revealing". The joint is called "Believe". I made this at a time when I needed to believe in myself and find my inner strength. I'm sure a lot of you have been down that road... So it was a trip when I heard this sample and my frame of mind during that moment: It just lined up. Like it was delivered to me... What came out in the process, and the "feel of the beat" - It was a perfect translation... anyway, sorry for the sob story... I love makin beats. Made with my Hv20 and iMovie. Please enjoy."
The Beat: Heatery.
The Video: Classy.
